Meet Maddison

Maddison Glover is a wife, mother, guardian, advocate, and Democratic candidate for Kansas House District 60.

She has dedicated her career to serving others, working directly with individuals and families as they navigate housing instability, domestic violence, healthcare systems, financial hardship, and other challenges. Through her work as a shelter support coordinator and advocate, Maddison has seen firsthand how decisions made in Topeka affect everyday Kansans—and how often those voices are left out of the conversation.

Outside of her professional career, Maddison has also served as the guardian of family members, an experience that strengthened her commitment to protecting vulnerable people and reinforced the importance of compassion, responsibility, and standing up for those who need someone in their corner.

While working full-time, Maddison is continuing her college education, balancing work, family, community service, and a grassroots campaign. Her experience has taught her that leadership isn't defined by age or political connections—it's defined by integrity, hard work, and a willingness to listen.

As a grassroots candidate, Maddison is committed to bringing transparency, accountability, and practical solutions to state government. Her legislative priorities include strengthening public education, expanding affordable housing, supporting veterans and rural healthcare, protecting survivors, improving mental health services, and ensuring responsible economic development that benefits Kansas communities.

Maddison currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Street Cats Club, where she helps support community efforts to improve animal welfare and promote responsible care for cats throughout the region.

She is proud to be endorsed by the Kansas Young Democrats and the Cannabis Justice Coalition of Kansas, organizations that share her commitment to building a more inclusive, equitable, and forward-thinking Kansas.

She is a proud member of the Kansas Federation of Democratic Women.

Maddison believes government should be accessible, responsive, and accountable to the people it serves. She is running to ensure working families, rural communities, veterans, educators, students, and small businesses have a strong advocate in Topeka.
